The information returned by the "Ship Search" system is derived from the records of the Association and every effort is made to ensure that the data is accurate. However, the Association and A Bilbrough & Co Ltd are dependant upon information provided to them and are unable to warrant that any vessel is in fact, or will remain, entered in the Association.
The entry of any ship in the Association and her insurance is subject to the Association's Rules and the Member's terms of entry. The Provision of information by means of the "Ship Search" system is not to be taken as any indication that the Association thereby consents to act as guarantor or to be sued directly in any jurisdiction whatsoever. The Association does not so consent.
The information returned by the "Ship Search" system relates only to the date on which the data was last compiled for access from the Internet.
